How and when will the refund reach me?
The amount you will receive after the product return or cancellation is refunded to your credit card online. You will be informed via SMS after the payment transaction. The time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your card account may vary depending on your bank.
If you have made your payment in installments using a credit card, the entire amount is paid to the bank of your credit card in one go. After this stage, the bank deposits and withdraws this amount to your credit card as much as the installment amount every month (reflected on the statement as + and -). This process continues for as many months as the number of installments. If you have paid the 1st or 2nd installment etc. before the return, it deposits the last 1st and 2nd installments to your account, but it does not both deposit and withdraw these amounts as in the others, only the amount equal to the +installment amount is deposited to the statement. You can also see these amounts as +Balance on your credit card statement for the month you will make the payment.
When will my product be shipped for my purchases?
The shipping process varies according to the stock status of the manufacturer. For products in stock, orders placed before 15:00 are prepared and shipped on the same day.
Orders placed after this hour are shipped the next day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are shipped on the first business day following.
If the product is not in the stock of the manufacturer, the production date will be notified to you.
